Preamble

Our Code of Conduct, rooted in our values, forms the ethical framework for our actions. It defines our goals and sets the standards for our behavior and conduct - both within Youco24 and in our dealings with business partners and third parties.
We act in accordance with our Code of Conduct and are fully aware that it is binding for all of us.

Our Values

1. Quality and personal integrity

Quality and personal integrity are the essential foundations of our business. We hold ourselves to high standards in everything we do and act with care, attentiveness, and honesty at all times.   

2. Legality

We respect the rule of law and act in compliance with legal requirements. We value working with clients and business partners who share similar principles.

3. Risk-Assessment & identity verification

We comply with regulations aimed at preventing corruption and money laundering. Before entering into a business relationship, we assess potential conflicts of interest, legal risks, and reputational concerns. In particular, we verify the identity of our business partners, including their ownership structure and beneficial owners (known as “Know-Your-Customer” check).

4. Confidentiality

We respect and protect all confidential information entrusted to us. To ensure confidentiality and the protection of personal data, we implement appropriate organizational and technical measures.

5. Responsibility

We are mindful of the reputation of Youco24 and our business partners, and we carry out our tasks reliably and conscientiously. This also means that we are always aware of our responsibilities.

6. Professional conduct

We make it a priority to treat our business partners with friendliness, respect, and a strong service mindset. Our interactions with clients are defined by transparency, reliability, and professional conduct. Our goal is always to deliver the best possible solution tailored to each individual case.

7. Diversity & anti-discrimination

We value the uniqueness of every individual and the diversity of perspectives, talents, and experiences. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, bullying, harassment, coercion, or verbal abuse, nor any behavior that is intimidating or offensive.

We actively advocate for tolerance, diversity, and fairness.

8. Appreciative collaboration & respect

We contribute to an open corporate culture and a positive working environment.

Our interactions are characterized by mutual appreciation and fairness. We act in a spirit of collegiality and place great value on teamwork and mutual trust.

To achieve our goals together, we work cooperatively and treat one another with respect. We share our knowledge and experience to find effective solutions and to learn from each other.

9. Transparent communication & honesty

We communicate openly and honestly with one another.

We address workplace conflicts openly and proactively, resolving them constructively and with mutual understanding and respect. In challenging situations, we also seek support from external professionals when needed.

We take responsibility for our mistakes and view conflicts as opportunities for change and growth.

10. Reporting violations

If a violation of these ethical principles and rules of conduct is identified and no mutual resolution can be reached, we report the matter to the appropriate bodies within Youco24.

Implementation & enforcement

The outlined ethical principles and rules of conduct serve as binding standards for our actions. Ongoing adherence to the Code of Conduct is in the best interest of both Youco24 and each of us.

1.  This Code of Conduct is binding for all our employees. Where it is not part of an employment contract, its binding nature has been established through a resolution by the management. This resolution also includes a self-commitment by the management itself.

2.  The Code of Conduct is signed by all new employees.

3.  The management actively ensures that all employees comply with this Code of Conduct. Adherence to the Code is regularly reviewed as part of performance and feedback discussions.

4.  Serious violations of our ethical principles and rules of conduct will be addressed appropriately, depending on the nature and severity of the breach—up to and including termination of employment or removal from the management team.

5.  Our employees can and may contact the management at any time anonymously and without fear of retaliation.

 

“Youco24” and “we” in this Code of Conduct refer to Youco24 Holding GmbH and its affiliated Companies as well as all individuals employed by them.
