Our Code of Conduct, rooted in our values, forms the ethical framework for our actions. It defines our goals and sets the standards for our behavior and conduct - both within Youco24 and in our dealings with business partners and third parties.

Quality and personal integrity are the essential foundations of our business. We hold ourselves to high standards in everything we do and act with care, attentiveness, and honesty at all times.   <\/p>\n

2. Legality<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We respect the rule of law and act in compliance with legal requirements. We value working with clients and business partners who share similar principles.<\/p>\n

3. Risk-Assessment & identity verification<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We comply with regulations aimed at preventing corruption and money laundering. Before entering into a business relationship, we assess potential conflicts of interest, legal risks, and reputational concerns. In particular, we verify the identity of our business partners, including their ownership structure and beneficial owners (known as \u201cKnow-Your-Customer\u201d check).<\/p>\n

4. Confidentiality<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We respect and protect all confidential information entrusted to us. To ensure confidentiality and the protection of personal data, we implement appropriate organizational and technical measures.<\/p>\n

5. Responsibility<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are mindful of the reputation of Youco24 and our business partners, and we carry out our tasks reliably and conscientiously. This also means that we are always aware of our responsibilities.<\/p>\n

6. Professional conduct<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We make it a priority to treat our business partners with friendliness, respect, and a strong service mindset. Our interactions with clients are defined by transparency, reliability, and professional conduct. Our goal is always to deliver the best possible solution tailored to each individual case.<\/p>\n

7. Diversity & anti-discrimination<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We value the uniqueness of every individual and the diversity of perspectives, talents, and experiences. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, bullying, harassment, coercion, or verbal abuse, nor any behavior that is intimidating or offensive.<\/p>\n

8. Appreciative collaboration & respect<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We contribute to an open corporate culture and a positive working environment.<\/p>\n

10. Reporting violations<\/strong><\/h4>\n

If a violation of these ethical principles and rules of conduct is identified and no mutual resolution can be reached, we report the matter to the appropriate bodies within Youco24.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Implementierung & Durchsetzung <\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t

The outlined ethical principles and rules of conduct serve as binding standards for our actions. Ongoing adherence to the Code of Conduct is in the best interest of both Youco24 and each of us.<\/p>\n

1.  <\/strong>This Code of Conduct is binding for all our employees. Where it is not part of an employment contract, its binding nature has been established through a resolution by the management. This resolution also includes a self-commitment by the management itself.<\/p>\n

2.  <\/strong>The Code of Conduct is signed by all new employees.<\/p>\n

3.  <\/strong>The management actively ensures that all employees comply with this Code of Conduct. Adherence to the Code is regularly reviewed as part of performance and feedback discussions.<\/p>\n

4.  <\/strong>Serious violations of our ethical principles and rules of conduct will be addressed appropriately, depending on the nature and severity of the breach\u2014up to and including termination of employment or removal from the management team.<\/p>\n

5.  <\/strong>Our employees can and may contact the management at any time anonymously and without fear of retaliation.<\/p>\n
