Frank Walenta has extensive transaction experience from his many years of activity in the field of "Trust & Corporate Services".

A lawyer by training, he began his career in the financial services sector in Luxembourg in 2005 and has held management positions at Vistra in Luxembourg and Germany since 2008. During his time in Luxembourg, Frank Walenta expanded Vistra's core business area and was instrumental in establishing the fund administration for alternative investments for Vistra. In Germany, he was responsible for the development of Vistra's German branch from mid-2010 and played a major role in the merger of Vistra and Orangefield's German locations under the Vistra brand in 2016.

Since November 2016 Frank Walenta has also been Commercial Director at Zedra Group and responsible in particular for marketing, sales and customer acquisition in Luxembourg.
