Achim Wehinger (formerly Boenninghaus) has been practicing as a lawyer since 2000 and has many years of experience in corporate law transactions. He advises his clients on commercial and corporate law.

Achim Wehinger began his career as a lawyer at Linklaters Oppenhoff & Rädler in Cologne before setting up his own law firm. In addition to his work as a lawyer, Achim Wehinger worked for many years as a tutor for law students, trainee lawyers and tax advisors to help them pass their legal and accountancy exams.

Before starting with Youco24, he was a member of the board at FORATIS AG in Bonn, where he was responsible for the shelf companies division.
